It was the dream of Shri Nagardas Dharshibhai Bhuta to start a school for the children. He was generous enough to give the space to build the school. The school was established on 31st January 1959. The institute status is recognised as Linguistic Minority School. Shri N.D. Bhuta dedication for the institute and to provide educated class to the society was fulfilled and highly appreciated by the parents and people in the neighbouring vicinity. The school has three mediums of instruction and was started with Gujarati medium followed by English and Marathi medium. Today, our institute is proud to have classes from Nursery to XII. There are 3105 number of students seeking education under the banner of Shree. N.D. Bhuta High School and Junior College. The junior college has day & night classes.
His successors are his sons, Shri Ramniklal Nagardas Bhuta and Shri Jayasukhalal Nagardas Bhuta. They have contributed highly in the field of education. Presently Shri Jaysukhlal Bhuta, Smt. Bhanumati Jaysukhlal Bhuta, Shri. Kamleshbhai Bhuta & Shri. Shubhendu Bhuta, the trustees are actively involved in the day to day administration of the school and junior college.
The school is certified and registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (Bom. XXIX of 1950) in the name of Public Trust Nagardas Dharshi Bhuta Charities E-1725 (Bom)
The school has provided many facilities to the students so as to give them holistic and quality education. The school has a huge playground, computer lab, science lab, A.V. room, canteen, washrooms and library. The school is proud to have efficient teaching and non- teaching staff, who are always ready to help and guide the students and parents for all their school transaction.
