Honourable Shree Nagardas Dharsibhai Bhuta dreamt to start a school for the underprivileged children. He was generous enough to donate the land and build a school on it. The school was established on 27th January, 1959. Our institute is recognized as linguistic minority school. Shree Nagardas Dharsibhai Bhuta’s dedication for the institute to create educated class in the society was highly appreciated by the parents and the society at large in the neighbouring vicinity.

The school had three mediums of instruction and was started with Gujarati medium followed by Marathi and English medium. Presently, English is the only medium of instruction in the school. Today, our institute is proud to have classes from Nursery to Std. XII. There are 3000 students seeking education under the banner of Shree Nagardas Dharsibhai Bhuta High School and Shree R. N. Bhuta Junior College (Commerce).

Shree Nagardas Dharsibhai Bhuta’s son, Respected Late Shree Jaysukhlal Nagardas Bhuta has contributed highly in the field of education. Respected Trustee Late Smt. Bhanumatiben Bhuta has played a vital role in the progress of the school.Presently, the Respected Managing Trustee, Shri Kamleshbhai Bhuta and Respected Trustees, Smt. Devangiben Bhuta, Shri Shubhendu Bhuta, Dr. Vrushni Bhuta and Smt. Tejashri Bhuta are actively involved in the day-to- day administration of the School and Junior College.

The school is certified and registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (Bom.XXIX of 1950) in the name of Public Trust Nagardas Dharsibhai Bhuta Charities E-1725 (BOM)

The school provides many facilities to the students for holistic and quality education. The school building is a well-maintained and beautifully painted structure. The school has a large playground, computer laboratory and science laboratory. Every classroom has a projector to provide education through digital tools to the students. The school is proud to have efficient teaching and non- teaching staff, who are always ready to guide and help the students in their academic and non-academic needs.
